Refund Policy for ZeedVex

No Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ZeedVex. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Because our products are digital goods (downloadable software, templates, graphics, audio, video, or other intangible digital content), they are considered "used" once they have been downloaded or accessed. Therefore, we operate a strict No-Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on the ZeedVex website are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any digital products once the purchase is complete and the download link has been issued or the product has been accessed.

2. Exceptions (Defective Products)
The only exception to this policy is if the digital product is substantially defective or the download file is corrupted and cannot be opened.

3. Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for:

  • The product not meeting your expectations regarding design or functionality (unless it is a bug that prevents the core function).

  • Incompatibility with your specific software/hardware setup. It is your responsibility to check the product requirements listed in the description before purchasing.

4. Fraudulent Chargebacks
If you make a chargeback via your credit card or bank without first contacting us to resolve a valid issue, we reserve the right to terminate your license to use the product and ban your account from future purchases. We may also provide your transaction details to the relevant authorities in the event of fraud.
